Template Tuesday

blogged by me domestic goddess On 2/10/2009 03:28:00 PM
Another week passes us by and its Template Tuesday. Really enjoy making these templates up, just need to improve and practise my digi scrapping some more!

This weeks is love themed, with valentines day just a few days away, I thought a few hearts would get us in the mood!
Here is my layout: (just spotted a sp!)

You can download template 06 here.

I am still baking, and today's recipe is Chocolate and Peanut Butter muffins.

Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup of milk
1 egg

Method:

  • Preheat oven 380/190c
  • Grease 12 muffin tray. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients
  • In a separate bowl mix butter and half the peanut butter, until combined. Add milk and egg, combine again
  • Add wet mix to dry mix and fold. Fill muffin tray
  • Spoon the remaining peanut butter onto the top of the muffins, and bake for 15-20 mins
  • Enjoy!

Tomorrows recipe is Weetabix Cake. Sounds completely odd to me, but is absolutely delicious! Thanks to Kerry for the recipe.

Have a great Tuesday!
Just had a phonecall from Tracie, check this out!!! Happy me
Hugs
